The house that Brittany Murphy and her husband Simon Monjack bought has gone into foreclosure and is to be auctioned off.
An amount of $4,035,666.92 is still owed on the home and an auction is set for Monday morning at 10:30 AM at the courthouse in Pomona, CA.
The couple both died in the same house.
